Lisa Edwards accomplished an extraordinary feat in 2020, closing over 70 sides of sales, mostly building lots and cabins in Kau and Puna. Most successful agents struggle to close 10 transactions in a year. She is definately the expert in that area and she's working hard to become a Broker. No one knows Kau like Lisa!

Joyce Murphy, that's me. I am the Principal Broker and Owner of Kona Homes. I have 40 years real estate experience and still learning. Since Covid I mostly take listings or work with buyers who are return clients, referrals from clients or other agents. Occasionally I take on buyers who tell me they are having a difficulty securing a contract. Solving problems is my first love, marketing is my second. Another broker recently told me contrract are my strength. I only know it is time to share all I've learned the Brokers of tomorrow.
